My sister and I came up to order and she asked what we wanted. My sister very clearly said something about she wanted the buy one get one for a dollar or whatever it was. I'd never heard of it. The cashier turned around and said let me go ask my boss...The boss came over frazzled and scattered. He looked shook. Probably the fact that there were probably 30 or 35 teenagers and young kids in the McDonald's had something to do with it. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, this place is commonly crawling with the youth of River Rouge. See photo. It's wild in here. None of the kids were vulgar or destructive, etc, but it was a chaotic scene none the less. So we all had a very weird/nerve racking exchange as we ordered. I ordered a Oreo mcflurry and asked for a water. He said I couldn't get those because their equipment was broken... LOL. O.K. I believe you. See also the trash that was littering the back dining area where there were surprisingly no children. We tried to find a seat but everywhere was trashy. It was busy, we get it, but come on. And my sister threw away her cheeseburger across the street at dairy Queen, where they serve ice cream... because she said it tasted old and hard. The ONLY reason this gets a 3 for food is because I only ordered fries this time and they were the best McDonald's fries ever! Were so delicious...
I put in a mobile order for a 20-piece chicken nugget. After 15 minutes I asked when my order would be up and was told they were just starting to cook it. When I asked why it was taking such a long time, the person behind the counter suggested I should come help. At that point I was on my lunch break and I couldn't spare any more time so I had to just leave without my food. Since I ordered on the app I'm hoping that the corporate side has my back and gives me a refund. I work on the road and eat chicken nuggets at McDonald's embarrassingly regularly, and I've never waited more than 5 minutes. The restaurant wasn't extraordinarily busy and didn't seem understaffed, they just did not have their act together and certainly didn't seem to care. I've been a service worker and I try to be extraordinarily patient, but you've only got so much time when you're at work.
Drive thru is always great! The ladies there are very kind!! But the inside, myself and another customer stood there waiting for service while some teenage boy sat on his phone like he was at home. I wouldn't go inside again but I appreciate the great service in the drive thru!

Ordered the $5.00 box the kiddie pop came with I, most other McD's gives a "regular small", not happy with this place choice to follow Most other Sores! Service however was VERY Good ! FOOD was HOT and order correct !Food: 3/5
Store sucks, rewards never wants to work, they want to rush you and have an attitude. The white lady in the second window was polite compared to the lady in the first window, no personality no respect didn't even wish me a good day. Was charged more than what I was suppose to be but yet again, blocking my signal and and rushing me with my rewards while the app always logs me out is pretty much bullshit. Hopefully this location shuts down like it did in ecorse. I won't be returning.
While at the menu board, I could hear the order conversation like it was at my board. Several cars were taken care of, and I never was. I had to exit the drive thru to go inside for service. Once inside, the pickup order board did not work. Therefore, I didn't know the status of my order. The employees did not speak and appeared bothered. The fries were piping hot and fresh.
I will never ever ever come to this place again. I had a mobile order that they never had. They took my phone and walked thru the kitchen setting my phone down on counters. Not to mention how nasty this place is. Please be cautious. Also 2 female employees left right in the middle of assembling my order. Customer service is in the toilet.
I swear I’m not a Karen but this is the worse McDonald’s In Michigan at this point,Costumer service is really bad same with the food,It’s EVERYTIME I go here. Asked for fresh fries and they gave me old soggy fries that was LITERALLY brown.Food: 1/5
I havent ordered from this McDonalds for quite some time, I ordered today thinking they might have change and been better but Nooo .. all fries were so oily and not well cooked, they tasted horrible. I can't recommend this place...Food: 1/5
