I'm really surprised to see all the negative reviews in the past months. I rarely get fast food and really only come here for breakfast. But in the past 6 months or so I've gotten breakfast only and the customer service has been very positive and very friendly, the food has come out great, and any extras that I order through the speaker ketchup, salt etc has always been in the bag at the pick up window. Thank you guys keep up the good work and hopefully more people that appreciate you will review the way I have.
After making a mistake with one of my burgers, and then giving me the right burger but with mistakes again; when I simply asked for more pickles since they did not put extra pickles, only ONE, the supervisor on duty TROY had the audacity to give me a lecture about what extra means and then proceeded to question me about how many pickles “I can see” inside my burger. I said one. Then asked me if I still want my ONE extra pickle and to hurry because I was holding up the line and making people’s food cold….. as if the rest of my food was not getting cold as well due to their incompetence. My receipt had the correct order, it’s not my fault the team makes mistakes. But what I cannot understand is how can a manager be so bluntly rude and disgusting towards a customer who is not at fault. I can’t expect much from a fast food chain but the minimum a manager should be accountable for is being respectful to their customers. I was so nice about asking to get my order corrected, there was no need for the attitude I received. DO BETTER PEOPLE.
While waiting in the drive through, there were workers that decided it was a good idea to paint the drive through during rush hour. I placed my order, paid for it and as I saw the painter approach my vehicle, while painting. I asked nicely for him to wait until I passed by. I was ignored, so instead of sitting there waiting for my vehicle to be painted, I moved forward to the second window. Leaving my receipt and change. When I got to the second window I explained what had occurred to the second attendant and asked for my change. I was told that was not her problem and that I needed to drive back around 6 cars were currently waiting and I told her that I was not going to do that and I would be waiting there for my change. I was then shouted at and the window was slammed in my face. Another worker approached and I asked for the manager. A light skinned brown little boy with blonde hair approached interrogating me about the money I was owed, I was told I wasn’t getting it, I should have waited and other very unnecessary things were said to me. That’s is when I began recording. In the meantime, the workers placed cones by my car that I was unaware of until I ran them over! Just a horrible experience. Back to the window, a new worker approached and asked how she could help. I explained and in less than two minutes, she brought me my change. This location lacks customer service and it lacks professionalism. If this were a private restaurant, I am sure no one would return. Please do better. Please do better.
“Give them more money per hour they said” It was Sunday Dec 17th 6:20am and no service at a 24hr store. See pictures…. I also have video of blowing my car horn and Still nothing.Service: 1/5
Friendly faces. Little disappointed. Ordered some Big Macs 4 combos to be exact chicken nuggets almost 70 dollars worth. 3 out of my 4 Big Mac meals were made with jr hamburger meat with regular size bread that only one was made how it was suppose to I would of waited for the burgers to be cooked fries were nice an crisp though so kudos for that .
This is worse McDonalds I have order from. We ordered twice a hamburger happy meal and they give us chicken nuggets. This so disappointing special seeing my child face how can they get that wrong !!Food: 1/5

I have a broken hip so I used the drive through for a fish fillet. They had me park for 20 minutes. I called them and asked for a refund to be brought out to me. The refused. So got no lunch. Waisted my time and this store got a free. $9.60. Wow I’m blown away. Totally crooked store. But then again look at the staff.Food: 1/5
I used curbside pickup. I had been waited for over 15mins but they didn’t seem to bring my order so I went inside and told the manager. But they said they can’t find my order. I showed my app receipt what I ordered.. they still can’t find it. They looked irritated and the manager threw my orders on the counter without any words. Mcshake, it was way way less than usual and gave me alot of room on the top and already melted like water. Fries were already cold. It took 45mins to get all my order. The manager and staff were so rude. I will never go back there. Well I don’t feel like I go back to McDonald’s again.
Double drive thru was fast. Food was semi warm. Girl at window gives you your food with here you go. The manager was training her allow that. You order the chicken nuggets they want to charge you.25 for sauce.. this is why I don't go to these chain fast food places
