We went there early this morning for breakfast and the lady informed us they were only taking cash and only serving breakfast. While we did have the cash on us I could only imagine if I was an owner I'd be worried about theft without a till keeping track of the money. I also noticed they still had their lunch menu up and I asked if they could change it to the breakfast menu, this was at 4:30 and I was told it wouldn't be changed until 6:00 when the morning crew came in. I asked how can I order from a menu that doesn't have the item your telling me your only selling. I understand this is McDonald's and they don't change their menu often but sometimes people make last minute changes of mind. She read a list of menu item to me until I heard one I liked I then decided to substitute the drink for one of their McCafe's the lady what I was talking about and I pointed out the one on the menu it took several explainations of the picture before she understood what I was talking about. When we went to pay I saw she was using a calculator, a pad, and pen to figure out our total. Which looks unprofessional. After we paid webhad to with ten minutes for them to make the food, which isn't exactly keeping in line with the old McDonald's Moto of fast service. All in all I guess is shows you don't have to be fast, professional, or convient when your the golden arches and the only thing open at night. You just have to be open.

McDonald's isn't what it used to be. The only reason why I go here because it's the only thing still open and close to my job. Now I just notice that they cut out the Hi-Tech drink which made me angry. Why ??? They're always running out of stuff and not enough staff

Ordered a big Mac and the pattie was not fully cooked. Come on McDonald's get it right, even other than that the visit was ok

McDonalds in general is known for poor customer service, medicore food, and wrong orders but yet we still tend to frequent the establishment in large numbers...WHY?...I ordered the Siracha Signature Crispy Chicken Sandwich meal and of course the sandwich was not made as advertised. I received an Artisan bun with an old piece of chicken topped with a tomato and Siracha sauce which is missing several items that goes on the sandwich such as cheese,lettuce, etc. I also asked for Mayo and ketchup packets and didnt receive any. I didn't call to complain as it would just fall on deaf ears.
