Took 15 minutes to get just 2 big Mac's.   And then they was just a pile thrown together.  Cheese half off,lettuce allover the place but not on the burger and no flavor at all.  What did McDonald's do to the fries?  They use to be the best ever, now the taste is all wrong.  What ever they did they need to change it back. The regular coke tasted like it was delutted with diet coke tasted way off.  Not a good experience.

This is the nicest McDonald's I have been to! Well, as far as the building is concerned. And in Ephraim, of all places? What a gem for the community

Waited 40 min after ordering. Order was not corrext. Food was not hot but tasted fine.

By far the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. We live near by and every time I've been, take 20 min to get a simple order. Need more staff.

This location is a joke! Waited 10 min in drive thru at the second lane which wasn't working (NO SIGNAGE) to finally come inside. Placed an order for 2 sandwiches at the kiosk and waited 24 minutes! What an outstanding waste of time. NEVER visiting this location again. Btw if you're in a rush then management shouldn't be having a "stand around and visit pow wow in the back (4 ppl total; 2 managers, 2 other) where your patrons can see you. Poorly managed.
