Waited 15 minutes for an egg Mcmuffin - the 9 customers behind me and 11 that went through the drive through after me all served and helped and I was still waiting. 

Manager returned my money and I left. Only excuse was everyone else food was ready before mine so they got it faster.... my egg mcmuffin was more than they could handle I guess...

She also said they don't schedule enough staff to keep the amount of customers and there was nothing she could do, I would just have to let the owners know...

Ya win some, ya lose some. It's fast food, so people are expecting to rush thru. That can lead to items missing, items not cooked properly, or items not made right. Regardless of mistakes made by humans natural error process, I'll still continue to go.

Nothing negative to say about the crew, they work hard, but owners leave more to be desired. Know a few people that worked there. My food is always hot and cooked well, but everyone makes mistakes and they always fix it!

Darius,Kendall & Tommy was great team today they moved fast & got it out quick. I've known this place to be slow & unfriendly but they had everyone laughing around them so it was good to see people who like the work they're doing. We'll comeback for sure thanks to them! Cleaner than usual & hot fresh food.
