Just stopped in to grab something for my family and I to eat, and I have to say... This location needs to work on customer interaction and basic social skills. Darlene was taking orders (she appeared to be the manager, which is sad), and there was an elderly gentleman in front of me. She ignored him for a solid 45-60 seconds so she could stand at the register to sign receipts. Didn't thank him for being patient or apologize, nothing. She took my order and I said that was it, she just said "okay" and pointed at the card reader, then immediately just walked away. Are you serious?!?! She finally came back and started signing receipts again before taking the next order. It then took about 18 minutes to get my food. 

Just a really poor experience.

I tried to go here the other day, waited 15 min. in drive through at 5:30, there was only 4 other cars and only 1 in front of me. The car in front of me was a full size Hummer. so after 15 min. of 3 kids screaming kids, we left and went to Chick-fil-A. across the street. there the drive through was full and i waited 5 min. or so. On the way back by, the Hummer was still in line. What the hell is going on with this location, and this owner's other locations in the area? People who live here, there are so many other places to choose from, lets go to someone who wants our business. I know I will!!!!

One of the best McDonalds. The staff is always quick and fast.  Usually go for lunch. Usually order lots of food for multiple people.

days in a row we couldn't get breakfast. The 1st day we sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and no one came over the speaker. The 2nd & 3rd they came over the speaker and said the system was down and that they were closed. The sign should say open sometimes and not 24 hours. This happens everyweek and its your guess if they're open or not. I have to be at work early so we go there at 4:30am every morning. This is the worst McDonald's i have ever been to from the service to the food. If something else were open that early i would never go back. If you don't have to go to this McDonald's don't.

This is the WORST McDonalds I've ever been to.  The other 3 McD's in McDonough are MUCH better !  This must be owned by someone who does NOT care !
