My food was horrible today at the Village Mall McDonald's. If I had a dog I would not have given those nuggets to him. They were hard and burnt. I called and spoke to the manager (Samantha). She gave me her explanation of the problem. Samantha claimed there were issues with the oil.She also gave me attitude. Her attitude was simply nasty. While I was still talking to her she hung up on me. I thought McDonald's took pride in the way the prepared and served their food. And I definitely thought they took pride in their customer service. Samantha did not pass the test for McDonald's today. She could use some more training.

Tables and floor could have been a little cleaner... Our food was hot and fresh!!!

Members of management do not know how to use their own app.  If you buy one get one Frapp then why isn't your purchase of one counted toward the 5 to get one free? You can have  the free one but can't and get credit for the purchase to was toward the 5.  SMH. Morning staff a lot better with customer service...

I like the seating here, and they always have sweet tea, and my salads are never soggy
