Just left McDonalds. Ordered breakfast. The staff was in total disarray. The lady taking my order was yelling at others then just looked at me to take my order. Never even said thank you. People working on preparing the food were bickering back and forth. Food was fine but the service and atmosphere were completely unacceptable.

Pretty friendly. Sometimes not though. I think you'll get that in any fast food restaurant though. We visit about once a month to do a drop off with my kids and their grandparents. They love to eat there it's McDonald's!

Our fries were cold and tasted old.  The burger was super great and my nuggets were hard.  The place was very clean and not art all busy.  The staff was very pleasant,  but they forgot my sauce.  It is located on the middle of the turnpike, which is nice.

Asked the young guy behind the counter at this McDonalds for a plastic fork and he looks down at the counter and says I don’t work here. I guess he means he only knows what’s involved with the coffee machine.

Number one rule of front line is greet the customer with a smile. Promptly. I stopped for a coffee and maybe a snack. No one said anything to me for a solid 5 minutes of me standing there until she was ready to take my order. Employees actively did not meet my eyes much less say hello. This tells me the manager who was working through the orders does not value customer contact. It was 15 minutes until they close on a Thursday night they were far far from busy. A greeting may seem like a small thing but when you don't even know if they're going to serve you or if they're just going to come up to you and say sorry we're closed it is a meaningful thing. I didn't bother ordering and waiting for who-knows-how-long for anything besides the coffee.
