I really like the drive-thru staff. Always friendly..always! In my opinion this particular McDonald's is beyond busy! I think my family and other families rely too much on these fast food places. More home made dinners. Less fast food. That will help staff schedules and help keep the dining area's clean, food orders correct and turn around time will be faster. In my humble opinion.

We went through drive thru on Friday October 20, 2017 at around 8 pm.  We will never go back.  I travel across United States and have stopped at many McDonald's and never have I experienced  such horrible customer service,  not only was the girl at window extremely unprofessional and rude,  we had to witness two adult women exchanging profanities at each other in Drive thru, threatened each other, and one almost took out a post and almost hit our vehicle when she put SUV in reverse. I had my daughter and my dog in the car and was totally disgusted with the trashy way people were behaving. It's just McDonald's,  I'm not ruining my car over sub par  cheeseburgers and their are many many options for a drive thru dinner. This location appears to be ghetto.

This place is always filthy!! Horrible customer service including management team! They do not care about wait time and are extremely rude. While here the Credit card machine was down, nothing said or posted about the issue until after you order food, then they tell you cash only. They are horrible when it comes to coupons. They always say it doesn't work or their machine won't except the mobile coupons. Waited 20 mins for our 2 items! Stood at the counter trying to get help with the soda machine and was completely ignored! This place needs some new management and has for some time...

Horrible service and horrible food. Always a wait. Debit machines go down and you're not notified until after you order. They spit and snot. Yes snot in your burgers and other food. This location is constantly forgetting orders in the drive-thru, you have to park and run in to fix your order then they demand a receipt as if your lying and it's the same person that just handed you your food.... if you want a good mcdonalds meal go to the location my lake manawa off the interstate.

Employees were rude to the manager on duty.  Store was short handed tonight.  They had to close the lobby early.  The manager was very professional despite how some of the employees were vocally disrespectful to her.  2 thumbs up to the manager.  2 thumbs down to the rude employees.
