The kids working the register were quick but unfortunately that is where the quality of service ended.  Food was luke warm at best and the wait was almost unbearable!

I spent 23 minutes in the Drive-Thru for something as simple as two coffees. Saturdays are really busy here and there are long lines and waits. If you're making a quick stop I would recommend going inside rather than the drive-thru on a Saturday.

Other than there is still a manager there that was caught serving food off the floor I got to say this McDonald's is top notch. The lobby people are amazing. I always get good food. If I see floor food guy in the back I just go elsewhere. Otherwise this place is great.

Its McDonald's, its decent and they service is good.  One of the faster fast food places in Laurel.

Wonderful experience!  Never been to a McDonald's that the help actually wants to take your trash and tray and dump it for you! Very nice to my kids and politeness beyond!  I highly recommend this McDonalds to everyone passing through or living laurel! !
