Rude people that don't care to work there. It shows. Food is always dry and or hard. Totally not worth visiting. Visit at your own peril. Don't ask any questions either as you will just get the roll of the eyes. Not to mention they failed last inspection and refused to post for public to see. (May have been fixed you would have to check and see for yourself) Stay away and go to Wendy's next door or go down 1 exit to the other 2 McDonald's!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and drive to another exit.  This is absolutely hands down THE slowest service ever.  AND it isn't a 1 time thing we live in Columbus and drive to and from Atlanta on a regular basis so I have stopped at this location probably 4 or 5 times and I always regret it.  Busy not busy slow service no sense of urgency.

Went to the drive through at 1:45 am. After 25 minutes of waiting the employees cursed at us and threw hot water on another customer waiting in drive thru. They said they were closed to clean for inspection. If they had said that to begin with or put a sign up I wouldn't be so upset. Like, I can't believe that just happened. "Hot water, hot water!!" As she throws hot water from coffee maker at customers. Wow. Worst experience at any place ever.

Dry hamburger s needs better people working there love Mcdonald's. Hate thisone wasted 20 dollars nasty food poor. Service. Fire them all

Infested with FLIES.  Couldn't eat our food because flies kept landing on it. Had to throw it away. UPDATE.....AS OF 07/ 14 NO AIR....DINNING AREA A DISASTER....AND THE HEALTH INSPECTOR NEEDS TO COME OUT BECAUSE OF THE RESTROOMS.  Waited 14 min for a happy meal. Excuse from the manager was her staff was  made up of teenagers and they're always playing around. PLEASE SOMEBODY PUT THESE PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR. MISERY!!!
