Always ask for fresh or unsalted fries; they will make them.  Occasionally they get an order wrong, but its always corrected even if you can't come back that day: call immediately and save your receipt!  They are people too and can make mistakes, especially during rush times!  As far as staff rudeness or restaurant uncleanliness cited in other reviews: I have never personally experienced these issues at this restaurant. My family eats here (either in-restaurant or takeout) once a week at least and will continue our patronage until something drastic changes for the worst.

I always have to ask for hot fries. The food hardly ever seems fresh but sometimes it is. Regardless they made it right

I had a chicken biscuit value meal and while the hash browns were cold everything else was fine.

So I went to McDonald's tonight to get food we got two meals and as I'm filling up my drink I see something flapping in the soda hanging to the drink nozzle seeing that I work in fast food I grabbed a napkin and wiped the nozzle to see what it is and what does find but black gunk on every single nozzle! It was all in my drink! We brought it to the managers attention and her answer was I'm sorry I'm not here all the time.... Are you kidding me?! You can clearly tell they had not been cleaned in months! This is so unacceptable and disgusting!
