The hours they have as hours open are a lie went into the dining area and up to place my order only to be told the dining area is closed it was only 9:30 p.m. by the management

They need more professionalism in the store from the mangers down the cashiers. Service was horrible my buttermilk chicken sandwich was just threw together all sloppy  and the grease needs to be changed. Plus I called the store and was put on hold just to hear them joking and cussing in the back ground

LOL if I could give less than 1 star I would. Don't expect to be able to order any McCafe coffees/espressos on your way to the office at 7am because they won't have it. I normally go to Starbucks or CCs and since this is a new location right across from my office, I decided to give it a shot. I pulled in at 7am and asked for a large Mocha Frappe only to be told the coffee machine was being cleaned. HA! WHO SHUTS THEIR COFFEE MACHINE DOWN DURING THE PEAK TIME PEOPLE WILL BE ORDERING COFFEE?!? Well, fool me once....lesson learned. I'll go back to Starbucks and CCs for coffee. I honestly knew better.

The food was great, but the girl st the counter had bad posture& made me feel like i disturbed her cause she wasn't part of the conversation tjey had in the back of store

Just opened this location, but man the experience was horrible for me twice.  Both times, the person taking my order at the drive through listened as I placed my order then said "can you repeat that?" Both times asked for 2 cream and 4 splenda put IN the coffee, both times they just put packets in the bag.  Today they shorted my hashbrown, and the wait was 14 minutes in the drive through.  Terrible.
