They do not care at this McDonald's. 
I ordered, in the drive-thru, a mcgriddle sandwich, and a Double quarter pounder large meal, the burger with extra onions. 
When I got home and checked the burger that I ordered with extra onions, it turns out they DIDN'T PUT ANY. 
Make it a point to tell them to make sure to put things you ask for extra. I'll have to check all of my food every time.

Its a McDonalds!  Cannot say much about it, pretty much you been to one you know what to expect.  The store is usually clean, can get a bit messy when they are really busy,  They do have a Play place, so it will be get for the kids...The Mcdonalds on the highway, has no playplace.
