I was not impressed with the time I had. My friend didn't receive her milkshake for more than an hour. They were also giving out two sets of fries that were to much to eat. I also did not like the electronic ordering machine. I was too confusing. But my food as fine overall and my service my ok. I hope for a better time at this McDonald's.

My mom, sister and I came here a little before closing on Friday night after a concert as it was the only place open. Their orders came out fine, but I ordered two ranch snack wraps with grilled chicken. I've been eating them for ten years and its the only thing I ever get as I don't like anything else or crispy chicken. When we got out to my car, there was no chicken in either of my wraps. I noticed one had yellow paper (for grilled) and one had white (for crispy) but neither of them had any chicken. Just ranch, cheese and lettuce. I went back inside and asked for them to put chicken on my wraps. Someone grabbed them and I asked the cashier to please make sure there is grilled chicken on them as I do NOT like crispy. He walks over there but he doesn't say anything. The guy who took my wraps comes back and I say "Is there grilled chicken on these wraps?" he looks at me and says "No because you ordered them with crispy." I told him "No, I ordered them with grilled chicken like I have been for the past ten years." So he sighs loudly and takes back the wrap in the white paper and puts grilled on it (the other one apparently had grilled on it already, but I thought I had "ordered it with crispy"?!) I asked one more time if there was for sure grilled chicken and he heaves a "yes" before turning around and walking away. 
Thank god I don't live around here and rely on that crew to make my wraps. How the heck do you forget the chicken in a chicken wrap??

Newly updated with technology that makes customer's order on a screen instead of in person at register. Screen process takes more time due to multiple pages needing to be navigated to in order to input each item in order. UI is really slow to react to commands and they're making all o.f us use it rather than go through cashier

Never has enough product to keep line moving. ALWAYS a Long wait. Still sitting here 15 minutes waiting for my order. Incompetent staff. And they want $ 15 an hour? Yeah right....

Not a fan of the new ordering system inside!!! It doesn't seem very effective or efficient!!!
