Waited over 20 minutes for food. When food came expected it to be fresh since obviously they had to make it all from scratch. (Insert sarcasm here). Food came and was beyond old, like it had literally been sitting there for an hour. Will not visit again. Would be better off with a gas station hot dog.

I'm only giving them one star because you can't give them less. Waited in the drive through 20 minutes to get a simple cup of hot chocolate. After 20 minutes they finally bring it out and it's not even hot. My last trip to this "fast food" nightmare.

Half the time what you order isn't what you get. Speed is not something some of the employees are familiar with. However, I'm addicted to their large cokes with extra ice and I'll continue to go thru the drive thru lol. The people that work there are very nice as well.

Day in drive thru for 20 minutes then I drove 3 blocks down the street for home n my food was already cold n ice cream melted.... I won't even give 1 star got this.. it's unacceptable for a fast food restaurant especially McDonald's it's making me put a star but it's not worth the one star
