They're still working out their kiosk order technology. The order screens above the registers were off and the kiosks were not printing paper receipts. A bunch of us standing in lobby during lunch hour waiting to yell bingo when employee described something that sounded like our order LOL!  I'm sure they'll hone it in and it will be super fast!

Double cheeseburger was dry, sweet tea wasn't sweet. Fries are cold and taste old. Only reason I come is because it's across the street.

Just spent the last 10 min waiting on 2 Apple pies. In that time I watched multiple employees arguing with each other and 1 employee run into a costumer and not apologize. In all it seams like no one working seems to know what to do. This is not the first time. I highly recommend you go to any of the other McDonald’s in the area.

The place was jam-packed they were in the weeds It took about 20 minutes to get my food. But the people are so sweet I really don't care! I'll take 20 minute wait with sweet people over no wait with impatient customers any day!

My food was terrible. I order a burger with no onions and it had onions on it. I'm allergic and I believe that a lawsuit could take place. My fries were old and chewy. They didn't fill my frappe cup all the way up. There were flies all over the dining area and tables weren't clean. No one in the kitchen staff wears hair nets and a few workers, male and female have long hair. One female has 3 bundles in her hair and it's everywhere. Not clean or sanitary at all.
