They have rats in the building, the back mop sink has an unpleasant smell, instead of throwing food away they replace stickers on the apple pies, and parfaits, they leave the strawberry, chocolate, and caramel toppings sit over night and only refill the container but don't wash them. The food is usually under temperature and most the time they copy the paperwork from the days before and make up their own temperature to log. Since I no longer work there, I can blow the whistle without worrying about them trying to fire me.

Place has horrible preparation on food service, rude employees as well as management. Asked for a mcdouble with no pickle, no cheese, received a mcdouble with extra pickles and two pieces of chesse, asked for a remake, was given a sandwhich with onions all over it coming out the sides. Jose made the sandwhich twice, Tori, Jose  and Megan refused to have it made a third time. Very dis-pleasing customer service.

I went through the drive thru a couple days ago and ordered a Crispy Buttermilk sandwhich meal during lunch without mayo and add american cheese but ended up getting a chicken biscbiscuit and a drink that was not Tea but Dr. Pepper. I did not receive my fries either. I paid for the meal and only got a biscuit with Soda. Very disappointed.  Luckily I was passing through to go back home to Florida.

Normally very fast service and accurate orders. Clean business and nicely updated. No playground for kids but still kid friendly.

The last 4 or 5 times I've been there I didn't get what I ordered and the fries and hash browns were cold and soggy.  The service there used to be really good so I don't know what's going on lately.  Maybe need new management?
