How can you guys charge "extra" for extra sauces and other condiments when other McDonald's locations don't? A PAYING customer wanting extra sauces should get extra sauces free of charge. You, the employees/management, don't pay out of pocket for a customer wanting extra sauces. But I guess if you guys didn't hire people that resemble crackheads, then maybe they could get an order right and actually remember sauces or actually give an even amount of each sauces wanted. Y'all just suck. Don't know why I still use you guys as my "go to" McDonald's when I'm home.

It appeared to me that a manager came to the floor and scolded an employee who was waiting in line to order food after her shift was over. Another manager was continuously running food out to the cars in the drive through, some of the people in the drive through came in for their order. The cashier was very friendly and kind, and I seen her trying to help others when she wasn't taking orders at the registrar.  Needless to say with all this reporting, the food took a long time to come out.

They made two old double cheeseburgers. No hot at all. I end up with a refund.

This is the worst McDonalds location. The employees always mess up the drive through orders. Especially at breakfast times. They forget to put part of your order in the bag. One time I ordered a bagel bacon and cheese sandwich there was no bacon on it. They switch regular for diet all the time. Forget dressing for salads. This happened on mulitple occasions. The manager is accommodating when you try to get your order corrected. Horrible customer service.

High volume location. Service is slow at times. Dining area is always frigidly cold. When Mgmt is asked to turn up temp they say it gets too warm in back. No seperate climate zones in a restaurant??????????
