There was one line open due to a truck delivering Friday night. Waited in the drive thru line 15 min before ordering. After ordering we waited another 15 min at the window to get our food. The only thing the teen girl could say is we are so busy. It's usually this way anyway in Winder.

We arrived at 8:30 in the morning. Told them we would like a number 13 (bacon egg and cheese bagel) they explained that they are only serving breakfast.... We had to explain to them that this was on the breakfast menu. Then they were out of orange juice as well as milk, so our daughter can only have sweet tea or coke products. Then she got an attitude with is when we asked why they were out of normal breakfast drinks. The employees are clearly untrained and unqualified for even this job.

Absolutely worst night to go to McDonald's. Friends and I went to get dinner there, over half hour later we're still in line. Keep in mind we're 2nd in line and the staff just kept looking at us and laughing. Not to mention, some chick got completely burnt fries. 3 employees that were apparently on break all kept talk and chatting with the "working" staff. One of them didn't even look like an employee. They were wearing a hoodie and we're constantly on their phone. Went to cookout instead, much better and faster service, not to mention better food.

Food was not good. Served cold fries and had to wait for fresh. Chicken in the sandwich was overcooked and stale. To me the experience was a waist of time and money

My food was brunt...asked for white cheese, got cheddar cheese on my egg mcmuffin. They forgot 2 hash browns and 1 sausage mcgriddle. It was beyong Lousy, very disappointed. Next time... There will not be a next time. I'm about to be sick...McDonald's in winder.
