I go here at least once a week. The staff is friendly most of the time and I usually don't have to wait to long for my food. Also, the most important thing is that they get my order right unlike some other locations.

Is this location EVER inspected?? This McDonalds is the worst one in the county!! Rude employees who act like they hate their job & you always have to pull up & wait for food. I waited 10 minutes for an egg mcmuffin & it was old, cold, & dry.  They always forget straws & napkins, too. This is definitely not a fast food restaurant. Terrible!!! Go to Dacula for quality food.

Very low quality factory-farmed food made by people who don't care. I'm done with fast food after going here. Peace.

Horibbbbble service.  12 minutes plus for just the Big Mac meal.  Outside of hamburger box covered in grease and COLD fries - YUCK!  Got a refund and left.

Pulled up to the drive thru this morning and sat there (ignored) as car after car went through the other drive thru. It got to the point where the car behind me backed up and went to the other to tell them how long I had been sitting there. When they finally got around to me, I was told that it was my fault for not setting off there sensor and I wasn't even offered an apology. I was very disappointed in this visit. Customer service isn't what it should be
