We go there because my grandkids want to play the games. Most of the time the employees are cutting up with each other or a friend that is visiting. Occasionally, a person is paying attention to customers and service is GOOD.

One star is being generous. Rude, would barely speak up when taking order, then screamed the number when meal was done! I'm sure working fast food sucks but get another job instead of taking it out on the customers!

This McDonald is really awful this morning I went to get a biscuit saw a long line out side so I went in people standing around everywhere waiting on there food I made my order stepped out of line waited about 10 minutes so then I stepped up and asked if I could have my coffee got it. Then asked how much longer because I have to go to work was told be another 5 minutes but would have to wait. More because they could only cook so many at a time McDonald's policy well I tell the manger that is sorry service that I was going to be late for work she then got attitude with me and told me if I didn't like it I could leave so then of course I was pissed for her rude service and told her she couldn't talk to customers like that and she told me to leave which I did this McDonald is terrible and I would recommend that everyone in ponotoco to stop using it so maybe they can get some people in there to run it I am calling corporate on them anyone reading this you would be better off taking your business some where else

Waited at least 10 minutes, but no one took our order. They were aware of the many guests waiting.
