"Went through the drive thru and order PLAIN Cheeseburger's and received them with onions,  pickles and ketchup." Not happy at all since I asked the associate if the cheeseburger's were plain. Yes, she replied. Drove all the way home to Lake Butler, my bad. I knew better than that. Called the manager right away and complained because when your son is autistic you know you have to get it right. It's all about texture. Thank you Tish for making it right the next time I'm in town.

Amazing customer service with a personal touch. I witnessed 6 employees working that stopped and spoke to people while walking through the lobby area. They made people feel welcomed like they were extended family coming to visit.

Customer services is amamzing. Food is awesome. It’s the best McDonald’s I have ever eaten at. They make the food perfect. I have never had a bad experience with them.

The best Mickey D's we have ever been to. The Manager treated his employees with respect, bathroom very clean, kiosks to handle the busy time of day.  Kudos to that MacDonald's.

This McDonalds location has the absolute BEST customer service. I am always greeted by a smiling face and a happy "Hello, Welcome to McDonalds!" And the food - probably the best food you can get from a McDonalds. The burgers are always fresh, the fries always crisp, and chicken is always juicy. I have never been disappointed by the McDonalds, and it has honestly changed the way I see other McDonalds locations - I now hold this location as the STANDARD!
