The food here is fine and the few times I’ve been here the service has been good too. But the parking lot is a disaster bc the idiots going through the drive through don’t bother to follow the lines. What happens is you’re stuck in the damn lot behind all the idiots who can’t see the lines (as its either they can’t see them or they’re too stupid to follow) until they order all of their food and top it off with a Diet Coke and clear a path on the right big enough for you car to pass. Since we know the drivers aren’t going to change the only options are for mcdonalds to remove the parking spaces in the back right of the lot or for you to just avoid this place during mealtime rush and save the curse words for a more opportune time!

Let me start by saying good food, and friendly service. The reason for three stars is because at the peak of breakfast time there was only one register open. To top that of the one register would only take two orders at a time. The cashier would then go stand by the food chutes and stare at the food makers. My recommendation to McDonald's is to teach the cashier that if they are standing still, go take the next customer's order. I waited five minutes before my order was taken. That five minutes was spent watching my cashier watch food being made.

This McDonald's has gone down hill! I don't think they know what "FAST" food means in the mornings.  After waiting at the curb for 10 minutes for one Egg white Delight and having the hash brown actually be cold I am extremely dissatisfied.  Not sure what happened but for the last few months it has been like this.  Their drive thru set up is ridiculous as well.  The only way to get around and out of the parking lot is to wait until customers realize there is only one lane to the drive thru and that when you get up to the split to go to #1 or #2 order station is when you make two lanes.  Now they just pull in and make two lanes and those people that just want to leave can't until the line moves ahead...which takes forever because they are not FAST!

Bogus. Lucky they even get a star. Spend almost $20 wait for food to be made n asked for a ranch packet n she says " you need to charge them for that" like seriously!!?? Then after that had to wait for a smoothie because they couldn't keep the order strait. Well we will never stop here again. Can't even make a sandwich... how hard is it to put chicken on a bun people... snoby stuck up collage chick trying to be a manager.. good luck in life woman.
