Dirty bathrooms. No large fry containers. No straws. Asked for no pickles still managed to have pickles on my sandwich. Employees are super rude.  And on top of that... three employees were listening to music super loud that dropped the "f bomb" over 20 times while I was waiting. Plus they were dancing to it. Haha this mcdonalds is a joke. I'm not sure how it's still open

This McDonalds is awful..The staff is always rude. The wait time is ridiculous. The store and restrooms are nasty. Everytime i go here i always have to pull up and wait atleast 10 minutes for them to get my order ready. Even the managers are rude and lack the ability to run the place. Someone from higher up the ladder needs to surprise visit this place undercover to really see just how bad this place is.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been in and I have been in alot of Mcdonald's.   We had to wait over 10 mins just to place an order, then waited another 25 mins to get fish sandwiches.  We finally sit down to eat and have bugs fly out of the box when we open the sandwich box. The top of bun was half off the sandwich, the cheese was about 1 inch wide instead of a full slice.   Disguised and loss of appetite at this point.  Will never go back again to this location, Hartford NC. Store #13887.  Beware of this location, don't go there.

Serving cold over cooked food in dirty, fly infested environment while they (employees) are playing and touching their hair. They have gone downhill real fast and too soon. What happened to the old days of respect for the customer and profit? Everyone knows you can't have a profit without the customer and I have heard that drive-thru has priority, so I have to wait another 15 minutes after I got my order wrong so that drive-thru can get theirs' first? What happened to the days of 30 second drive-thru? And hot food?
