The order was a Happy Meal with Chicken Nuggets, Fry's, YOGURT & milk. And my order was a Big Mac with a large fry and a medium Dr Pepper drink. 

Is that what was on the receipt...NO!

Someone is not paying attention!

The Happy Meal got instead apples ...my kid can eat apples! He's allergic! 

Instead of a large fry I got a large drink the fries were cold, the same for the sandwich and the drink taste like crap.

I called the manager of the store she said she could replace the Happy Meal but she can't do both ...WTF? 

I paid good money for this meal I want what I ordered and paid for!

They were very busy in the dining room as well as drive thru. I went into dining room and I was quite surprised they got my order out quickly. Big improvement. Good job Portland Texas McDonald's

Horrible service, ice machine never works, soda machine is full of fruit flys, they have an ice tray surrounded by flys, place is a mes. Not well maintained at all

I wasn't even here a minute and I saw a HUGE roach crawling across their floor, flies EVERYWHERE and absolutely nothing was clean. This place needs to be shut down.

It's either a wrong order or something is missing from the order. I've had a Double Quarter Pounder with one meat patty or they put regular thin hamburger pattys. Just all around bad.
