Best McDonalds this area. Hot, fresh food, good employees, renovated insides. Love going there. Worked there as first job as a teen and years later, they have the same high standards. The other on on Dolly Parton Pkwy sucks.  Complained several times myself. This is the real one.

It's a McDonald's. Everyone's been to one. Lol A great place to enjoy some quick good fast food. Go there, try it yourself, and decide if it works for you too.

My bun was hard as a rock i told the young girl she was gonna make me a fresh one i waited an hour she firgot...and the chicken breast tasted lime it had been sitting for hours

WARNING!!
DO NOT PULL AWAY FROM THE DRIVE THRU UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED YOUR ORDER.
After waiting on them to slowly process a few cars at the drive thru,we all had to get back in line and wait again to get our order straightened out. 
DO NOT PULL FORWARD IF THEY ASK YOU TO. 
Its not fair that the people behind you get waited on first.
Only if the line gets backed up will the management pay any attention to all the screw ups.
If they make you wait because they screwed up, it is only fair play that you sit at the drive thru until they get your simple order right.
Going someplace would be the better idea.
IT IS CLEARLY A MANAGMENT PROBLEM. 
That was made clear when the manager blamed the employees.
If the employees are screwing up all the orders then it is clear the manager is not doing his/her job.
