I was on my way in to work, and popped in to get a flavoured latte. I received it quickly but did not drink it until I was closer to work (i had an early meeting). To my surprise it wasn't what i ordered. I called back, spoke with Jean who assured me that they would be happy to fix it. 

After my meeting was over I stopped back and the managers and staff took great care. Super friendly staff!!

Stop here a couple times a month. Some days wrong item. Some days biscuits are like rocks and sausage half cooked. Other days great. No consistency.

Clean, friendly, fast. Also the wifi was solid, so I enjoyed sitting there for an hour doing homework while the family did the tourist thing on the strip. Only down side: no play place.

My husband and I visited McDonald’s marveling over a fish filet and ice cream. When we arrived to the window we were gladly greeted by William, his enthusiasm made our night! Never at a McDonald’s have we ever had such great customer service! William should be promoted ! #GoWilliam !

This was the worst McDonald's I've ever visited.  Absolutely no service.  No greetings. No smiles. No "may I help you" Wait forever to be waited on and then forever to get what we ordered.  We were the only ones at the counter! They need a refresher course on customer service
