I stopped in this McDonald’s on a road trip. They seem to be one of the first in America to be implementing the new touch screen, ordering kiosks. There was a young man named Josh standing to greet u at the door and ask if u wanted to order on them. He was around to ask questions if u seemed more comfortable. Or he would walk u through the process of u seemed a bit more uncomfortable. He did a fabulous job. He was very patient. Everyone seemed very receptive to the new machines.

Slowest in history. 9+ orders pending. Almost 30 min wait at this point. Problem is they already have my money. Plus dirty store and bathrooms. One drink machine busted. Bot much nice to say

Out of many food items but let you place a order for items unavailable then tell you only if you ask about the order.  Kept saying would make more sweet tea but it was not done.  Refund was very hard to get even though they could not serve what was ordered.  Avoid this one.  Would give a zero if I could

The best fast breakfast in Pigeon Forge, where every other restaurant seems to have an hour-long wait. We went through the drive through here more than once during our stay to pick up something quick as we headed out to nearby destinations, and it was fast, hot, accurate, and tasty every time!

There is always two ladies that are very nice and respectful when I come through to get my #2 meal with an ice tea. Quick and fresh!
