Not very friendly. When they hand you the food you say thank you. And most of the time they look at you like you crazy. Always ask for extra ice in my diet drink never get it. when you asked if they could put some more ice. They look at you like you're crazy. The food can be good but if you have a bad personality. I just hope all these young people that McDonald's hires would teach them how to greet people and to smile

Service was slow,.    One cashier, no doubt first day .    Ask for no cheese,.  It was wrong the first time,.  Pointed it out to a manager,ask for a new sandwich, waited. Was given a replacement,.  Stupid on my part to assume it was correct as it was WRONG again.   I didn't have time to wait for the third attempt and left to discover it wrong.    My son is lactose intolerant so he was unable to eat.

Not only it gets worse, the service is horrible! On July 27 2017, we were getting lunch from here by going to the drive thru. At that time, we couldnt cook because my house's power was out. So, we order our meal, which consisted of a large meal; a Big Mac, 3 fries, 3 drinks, 6 piece nuggets, 2 20 piece nuggets and an apple pie. When we pulled up, they said to go to the parking spot where it says (1). We did and we waited about 10 minutes, then a rude fat lady brought out only a small portion of our food. I got upset and wanted a refund. This must be the norm at this place, as the good ol' boys around here do, just fill their face at this horrible place. If you like McDonalds that much, go to the one in Dunn, its better. We have been going here since it opened in 1998, and from then, it really deteriorated in service. You just lost a customer, McDonalds! 😡😾
