Waited 30+ minutes for the rest of my order.  Was then told that they had a mix up. Added free cold food to the rest of the cold order.  No response to complaint to corporate. Never again.

It's fast food. Quarter cheese, Big Mac , you know the drill. Service is pretty decent, though they have a tendency to mess up the order if they get a little busy, so check before you leave that drive thru!!

Ellwood city gets order generally correct, Cheap on express for the money, Sheetz gives you more for the money

I also always order sweet tea and it was only a dollar. They should keep it a dollar. I'd just went there a couple of days ago ordered a double cheese burger and the bun fell apart the bun wasn't fresh at all.

The service in Ellwood City is horrendous if there were more fast food restaurants they'd be out of business
