There should be more competition in Sugarcreek. Management is lacking. They should have more workers there in the evening. It takes really long to get even a simple meal. And it's not that the workers are slow.... Daytime service is tons better. Always good food though. I'm a regular customer.

I have been a McDonald's employee in quite a few McDonald's in several different states, and this by far is the worst store to work for. Granted everyone has bad days, and not everything is bad. However I wouldn't recommend anyone to work at this McDonald's. I honestly felt like cattle! There are a lot of changes that need to be made. A happy crew means better business and if you treat your crew with disrespect and utter disregard for anyone else around except the dollar bills in your pocket then your business will never reach its full potential.

Was visiting from Allegan Michigan went here for our kids meals. We travel with our grandson that has autism. The staff was so nice giving him his emojis characters. Thank you for making him so happy. Will return in 2018. We have adopted him and lots of things are a challenge but you made him so happy.

Chicken mcnuggets were hard and burnt and the fries were hard. The food quality is going down and I dont see me eating at any Mcdonald's again.

Service was quick...chicken on the other hand was dry and tuff.
