Super annoying they are not 24 hrs especially in a college town. Service is average and food is average. I usually get the egg mcgriddle and the bun is kinda stiff, which sucks because that is my favorite part. I have usually gotten pretty fresh fries though.

My son and waited for 8 minutes in the drive through and finally came in to order. It was Monday labor day, service was slow at 8:33 pm. The counter staff was  pleasant, but the cook appeared very slow. May have been a long labor day. We will be back.

We have been several times while visiting our son in college and the orders are never right, the dinning room is always a mess and there are flys everywhere. The employees are not friendly and the dinning room says it's open until 11pm and the manager told us they lock the doors at 10:30pm? Would not recommend unless you have no other options.

After getting my order wrong twice, I asked for a refund. I sat in the drive through another 5 minutes without further acknowledgement. I finally called the store and said forget the refund just give me any sandwich that is ready and I'm good. Waited at least another five minutes before someone came to the window, in the meantime to other people waiting behind me drove off.

Extremely disappointed with my visit to the Seward McDonald's this morning. After minutes of negotiations and discussing, we finally came to the conclusion that we wanted a few burritos, only to be given the unfortunate news that they currently did not have any burritos in stock. So after a few more minutes of deciding on what to get we wanted a couple of smoothies.... but guess what?!?!.. they did NOT have any either! What kind of place would do this to the customers?? As our guidance counselor Robert Waltman told us, the customer is always right. Once again, back to the best McDonald's in York with Randy :-)
