Very disappointing! The french fries were cold and the burritos were poorly wrapped, not well- filled and also cold. The sausage egg McMuffin scores a 2 for the visit because it was hot and fresh.

2 recent terrible experiences. The first one I was I the drive thru and asked to pull ahead to the 1st spot and they would bring my food out in a moment. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and 4 piece nugget, that's all. I waited for at least 25 minutes. I wanted to go to the drive thru Again but it was 4 cars long and they were held up pretty steady also. Finally my food came. The second experience ... here's a list: 1. they were out of chicken tenders for the night. 2. One girl hollared to the back a few times "how long for that biscuit?" really rude. 3. A manager had on a stained, holy shirt, and cat hair covered black work pants. 4. We ordered both ranch and sweet and sour and got neither. 5. The card machine didn't work. 6. The computer appeared to not work very well either. The girl had to have the manager help her twice. 7. I got the wrong sandwich. 8. They didn't put napkins on the tray. My kids wanted to come here to play in the play place. I agreed for that reason only but won't be visiting again in a long time.

This place is great for fresh food if you're looking for a great McDonald's fresh food Also has a very fast drive through!

It's hard when the place is understaffed. Now things are changing it will be back to a happening place that everyone in BE knows and loves. We work hard for sure.

This place sucks when you have to sit and wait for your food you should probably also give them fresh fries not ones that taste like they were reheated they have idiots working there and I shouldn't have to wait 5 minutes waiting for someone to get me the chocolate milk you forgot either this place is going down hill like bad
