We had a bad experience at McDonald's in Nelsonville around 7 pm this evening.
The assistant manager Kayla Nash tried to Short Change Me $20 I confronted her and she tried to lie to me and say that she did it. I had her pull the drawer and count it she was wrong I was right. Her herself could not come face-to-face with me and tell me that she was sorry she had a worker do it for her. I think she is rude and needs to be dealt with. Thank you Shane dye

Service was terrible. Saw a lady with a speech issue come in and gesture for a pen. The cashier didn't have one, so she asked the manager if she had one. The answer was the most careless "no" I've ever heard, then the manager walked away with zero concern. 

It took ten minutes to get a Big Mac meal. I watched three other customers take food back to the counter because it was wrong. They managed to put both patties on top of each other on my Big Mac, leaving two plain buns on top. 

Needless to say, I'll drive to another town before stopping here again.

Nelsonville McDonalds is slow and  can't ever get a order right...waited in line at drive thru waited on food after ordering and then had to go back in cause the order still wasn't right...

My family and I like nelsonville McDonald's they seems to have fresh meals and the gravy boat is great" the home made biscuits seem to be freshly made each morning. The sweet tea is great just wish they would bring back  the s(Strawberry sweet tea)  it was great. (Great place to eat)

I waited for a sausage mcmuffin for 20 min and 7 other other cars went thru the drive thru then I had to drive around again to ask if they forgot about us and the girl that said she was the manager started screaming with her head out of the window saying it takes a longg time to make the sausage patty.  I ended up walking in and just getting my money back and went to burger king.
