Our drive thru Jordan who took our order was phenomenal. Very upbeat kid very positive person and full of life. This is the second time I have encounter him but this time I took down his name and thanked him personally on his wonderful personality.... McDonald's should be proud of this employee as he shines bright in the company.

The drive through guy asked us to park for 1 sandwich, we told him we simply didn't have time to wait extra for our meal. He said "it's a requirement" and when we refused, he said, "fine, I'll get you back your money." So, we parked, and he walked out with our food less than 30 seconds later... Unbelievable that you will drop customer service 100% for your drive through time. That was the store manager. And I will be submitting a corporate complaint. Hope it was worth how rude you were Duane.

i use to live in troutdale. i use to always go to this mcdonalds. when i see someone named Jordan. He is a hard worker but doesn't let it affect his positive and inspiring attitude. he has that one smile that can make anyone's day. very good customer service and very good effort. i agree with anyone who says great things about him. Thank you.

I asked for my military discount, manager came over and said we don't do that. 
Most McDonald's do, but not all.
No problem, I made my order, next thing I knew, a young lad working behind the counter slid his employee card into the card reader and paid for my lunch. I said thank you but I have money. He said one of his family was a Marine and wanted to thank me for my service.  I was wearing my Navy ball cap.
I was humbled at his random act of kindness. 
2 or 3 customers came up while I was eating and thanked me for my service.

Bad service and restaruant was nasty ,floor and tabkes were dirty... called owner and corporate to complain... noboby ever called me back
