I'm a McDonalds generation kid and I love my breakfast at McDonalds. I've been here several times (I grab breakfast heading to Lake Charles) and each time the order taker is either confused or just always extremely rude. One lady even acted as if I was bothering her with my order. The car before must have had the same problem because they had to repeat so much at the window that they were yelling. 

Some days food is good, others not. I hope this changes because I really love McDonalds and would hate to make a change.

Modern but slow and dirty. I would never base such a bad review on one visit either.
Even during downtime food takes forever.

This is the first time I go to a McDonald that felt like your family worked there. Great staff and it's on a great location. Our order came out on in a timely manner and just what we ordered.

Upon walking in both my wife and I had the overwhelming smell of nasty, stale, dirty, septic water. I noticed that they had just got done mopping the floor. We ordered our food, with no one waiting in line and watched a male sexual harass a female worker touching her impropriety. The other males were doing more talking and standing  around that it took almost 5 to 7 minutes to receive our meal. While waiting 2 people came in from the drivethrew because their order was missing items or was wrong. When we received our food the fries were cold from sitting on the tray waiting for the burgers. This was supposed to be an enjoyable experience only to hear the manager arguing with a worker because "She don't play that" with a sick worker. Both my wife and I were disipointed in the whole experience. Managers need leadership training and workers need training on how to conduct themselves professionally in a restaurant environment. I have worked McDonald's in the past nd would have been fired on the spot for some of the antics I saw tonight and the managers just laugh and look the other way slowing things to happen that should not be happening.

Stays business, but overall service is fine. Order mistakes happen on occasion
