Everytime I get a chicken sandwich it's dry as a hockey puck, any other Mcdonalds the food is much better, I just don't understand why this is? The chicken at others isn't even the same. Tonight was the worst and I will not be back, some of the order was missing, waited 30 min to get food in take out window.  I don't understand this location. Why is it always so bad?

SUper slow service. Only had one person in line in front of us in the drive through and it still took 20 minutes, 5 before they even offered to take our order then they didn't even have sweet tea. 1/5 just go dig in the Big Y garbage instead, its cheaper and higher quality food.

Twice I ordered a coffee and twice is was the worst I had.  Lack of training, incompetence, lazy or cheap - just change out the coffee grounds when you make another pot of coffee so customers aren't drinking water down sludge first thing in the morning.

Eh, it's a McDonalds. They don't vary much. This one can be annoying if a friend of the guy of someone working there is talking through you when you're trying to place your order, but this is typical of fast food restaurants everywhere. You go for fast unhealthy food, not exceptional service.
