Order 183 _ 11/08/17_ 10:36am Hello my name is Miguel I order 6 fresh chocolate chip cookies an she did as I ask. She didn't microwave it , nor gave me the way it was in a jar like most "mediocre" McDonald's. Thank you very much in making my morning I appreciate it. I have experience in the food service so I know a person who works for the checks an a person who creates the best experience in making every customer special in where there at. She did her job in creating the start of my day special with a smile.the best walk-in, in Baldwin park so far.

The staff here is awesome. Super attentive & friendly. I've never waited longer than I should for an order and this place is always clean. I rather eat at this McDonald's than any other within a 20 mile radius.

Very clean and friendly place fast and they have a kid's play area plenty of parking and accessible from a main street. Bathrooms need some work

Friendly employees and food is served promptly. It's a corner location were you have easy access and there is a street light that makes it easier to go on any direction.

Very poor customer service. They always mess up on my order and several times have made it home only to find my order screwed up. The aftermath of it all is that I have to come back and wait in line and also wait for the food I ordered to get prepared again. Rather than try and make a customer feel better, they are rude and it is always crowded too.......
