Good morning crew is amazing I drive several several miles out of my way passing many McDonald's on the way just to get to your McDonald's for my coffee. I have a special order of a large coffee with 14 creams and 10 sugars and I have never been let down or disappointed they have always been on top when it comes to making sure I have what i need. I used to ask every time for extra cream at the window it is now become that as I pull up I'm handed my coffee and handed a bag of extra creamer which shows me that they are paying close attention to their customers and that is greatly appreciated. Morning noon or night I've never had a problem with my orders. However again I have to say morning crew is the best they always take the time to say hello how are you doing and talk to you if you need to talk for a minute now now I'm not talking about holding up lines and carrying on full blown on conversations but they do make sure that's our customers happy. I have done this for the past 3 years and I will continue to do it as long as the morning crew continues to treat me as they have for the past 3. Thank you so much morning crew for being the wonderful people that you are and for taking time out of your day when I know you're busy just to make sure that your customers are having a good day too. You guys are usually the first people I see in the morning besides my family so you guys make my day or break my day and so far there has never been a day that you guys haven't made me smile and put me in a good mood I just want to thank you guys for that and for those who don't get on here and thank you I'm going to thank you for them because I would like to believe that you treat everyone else the way that you treat me.

Don't go here if you are wanting coffee or a mocha! This location along with every other McDonald's location in the area, has suddenly started saying their machine is out of order because they don't feel like doing their jobs and making the mochas!! God, how I hate all McDonald's locations! McDonald's is trash...
After reading other people's reviews of this location, I feel like my review is right on point! Don't even bother going to the drive thru, because they're going to ask you to go park even if there's not one person in the drive thru! So aggravating and time-wasting! 

Update: everything happened again today from the same location! So the person below my post apologizing, hasn't done anything to try and change the customer service at this location! The management absolutely sucks here! Upon opening the lid and looking inside the hot mocha, we found big white chunky curds floating in the coffee! This is absolutely disgusting!

The people here act like they are in such a hurry for some reason yes they are busy but there should always be time for customer service. I asked for salt and jelly and she gave me picante sauce all because she was in to big of a hurry to listen they are forever forgetting some part of your order out of the bag when you drive tjrough.

Not even one star but had to rate before it would let me pist. No one person working there except one spoke english.. it washer cold so cold food got cold before half way thru the meal. There was hair in our fries.

I placed my order and asked the guy to repeat it he did just how i told him,when i get my food it was wrong i went back up there and he said the people in the back screwed it up,so i told him it wasnt correct on the receipt,so him and a nother guy look at it so i just say can i just get my order how i want it and i repeat my order manager hears me so she types it in and i get my order in 2 mins and its wrong so she tell the lady in the back it was wrong and they make it again and yes you guessed it it was wrong again finally as they say fourth times the charm
