Had a bad experience here today at 25th street nw,in Cleveland tn.#2339,I love Mcdonalds,im there abut 4 to 5 days a week.And spend money around 20 to 30 dollars a day.I very disappointed today.Didnt have drinks due to no water,and I payed 8 to 9 dollars more for what I ordered.meal deals.just a disappointed customer today.

Order wrong. Had to yell into speaker 6 times to get service at 7pm. Staff was chatting. Had to repeat my simple 3 item order 5 times. Crazy. No one on staff over the age of 18. No discipline.

Stopped for coffee. Place was clean, but staff seemed disinterested. Had to stand at counter for about a minute, before counter personnel (who didn't seem too busy), even  a knowledge presence. Ordered two coffees- one with 3 creams and a sweetener, and the other black with sugar. Had to repeat order twice and still got no sugar for the second cup ( and no sugar on condiments counter either). Had to go back to counter to request sugar.  Visited men's room and found toilet with published waste. Auto-flush mechanism was malfunctioning and couldn't find manual override. Told counter staff, and was asked to relay message to guy on floor. Don't feel that was my job.

Me an my family went there Monday for lunch while there the yound employees were very rude an using language worse than a sailors mouth the dinning area was filthy the restrooms were mess the garbage was running over best advice stay away from the McDonald's on 25th Street by Sonic I'll never go back there
