This place is a joke. This is the only restaurant on my way to work. I have stopped their many times, and there is always some kind of an issue. Whether it's they are out of something, order is wrong, or they forget to give you napkins,or a straw. Their machines tear up frequently, or they don't want to make whatever it is you want,who knows. All I know is this is the worst restaurant ,and the worst run restaurant I have seen in my 46 years. They got my order wrong again tonight. I will never go their again. I will drive the 6 miles out of my way, just to know I will not have to deal with this place again.

I try to never come to the McDonald's in Ocoee Tn but this is where my husband wanted to eat dinner before work so this is where we came.  This trip only supported my reasoning as to why I don't come here.  My husband and i were the only 2 in line to order and the othere couple that were in the place were leaving and the place was dirty.  Broom propped up at a table but no one in sight that was actually going to use it so it was mainly there to be a tripping hazard for someone.  We had to clean our table before we could put our food down.  There was trash all over the floor and drink well area and the meanwhile you have 2 workers behind the counter chatting while the 3rd was on his phone texting.  What happened to the motto of "if you have time to lean, you have time to clean"?  This is clearly not a do over for me.  Nasty, nasty,  nasty.

Always a great place to stop. Food is hot and done correctly. The staff are on top of there game. And the store is just as pleasant. I can pull in my big tractor trailor and park. That is a big plus.

Don't go here, they rip you off.  Ordered a regular size mcflurry, they gave me a snack size, but charged me for a regular size.  They then argued with me and said that was the regular size, yet it clearly had Sn printed at the bottom of the cup.  Got pissed and drove off.  Incompetence at its best, yet they think they should make $15 an hour.
