Excessive wait time. Rude and unprofessional employees. Sadly but truly, where you live has a lot to do of how you are treated. They fail to read back your order, many of times, wrong or shortage of your order. Just poor training, poor work ethics, coming from a multi million dollar company, and franchisee. Company probably just feels that nobody will complaint because of the demographics and economical status of the area.

I've never been a fan of McDonald's in the past, but lately I've been eating here a lot. Their Artisan sandwiches are excellent and I just got one FREE with my McDonald's mobile app because the Angels hit a homerun yesterday! The service here is very good and the food is better than McDonald's used to be over the last 50 years. I'm giving it a 4-star rating because it would have to be a very, very good restaurant that waits on you for me to give them 5 stars. If you haven't buses the McDonald's app then download it today for great food at excellent prices.

Wow! What a difference. A better Mckie Dees. Love the new atmosphere. Great service and now even faster. Thank you crew for making McDonald's my favorite place again.

They almost always mess up my order at this location. Also, the drive through is short and can be confusing as lines form on both sides of the parking lot.
