2 stars only because the food is hot (most of the time). I’ve been going here pretty often for the past couple months after not eating it for a few years, and lately they’ve been reminding me why I stopped eating here. About a month ago the cheeseburger I ordered was COVERED in flour which was very unappealing. I started ordering the cheeseburgers with JUST cheese and onion, and on a good day I’m happy with the order. About a week ago I ordered my usual cheeseburger with onion and cheese ONLY, and I got a cold cheeseburger with everything on it. Then today my dad ordered my usual for me and the tag on the wrapper even says cheese and onion ONLY, but the cheeseburger inside the wrapper is drenched in ketchup and nothing else. It’s pretty clear morons work here. Lol

The owner of this location needs to SERIOUSLY check in on their staffing. They have NO social skills in a customer service setting. Constantly mess up orders. Today they got our order wrong and when we went in to let them no we weren't greeted and the manager even covered her mouth to whisper something under her breathe to her workers. We also ordered something at the drive thru menu given a price only to get to the pay window and told their macchiato machine is down. Why weren't we informed that at the drive thru menu? Also the manager who was taking the orders was incompetent when we asked for a "iced" macchiato she asked us hot or cold. 😑😑 nice facility absolutely HORRIBLE STAFF!

Place clean at Vine Street. Food good and help were attentive. Could NOT say that about E222 and Euclid Ave.

Workers could be friendlier and usually am missing something but on the plus side foods overall usually hot.

11:02 and I was denied to be able to put in an order. There are 4 cars in front of me that were able to order. Ashley told me they changed the hours a few weeks ago when I mentioned the times online. She seemed to think the whole situation was funny as I ended up having to sit in line behind the 4 vehicles unable to leave until they were done. Terrible customer service.
