McFarlanes' TrueValue Retail Center is a fully stocked Hardware store, Just Ask Rental Outlet, as well as a Bridgestone/Firestone Tire Center, an Ag Parts and Service Center, a Power Equipment and Ag Implement dealer and a third generation family owned business that wants to help you solve your homeowner and Farm Industry needs and problems.

McFarlanes' is a third generation owned and operated family business. Started in 1917 as the Wisconsin Tractor Corporation by Earl McFarlane then carried into the second half of the 20th century by his three sons - Bob, Jim, and Chuck. Currently operated by Bob's two Sons John, and Dick, Jim's son Stan, and Chuck's son Tom.

Always greeted and helped right away. Very helpful about 99% of the time. A little patience and all gets resolved.

Poor customer service.  Called their parts dept. phone rang till it went to voicemail. I left detailed message to call me back.  I waited over an hour with no call.  So I called back and asked to have parts dept paged so I could get an answer before driving in.  She assured me they would call back in 10 minutes.  They never called back.
