Such a shame......... From 5 stars ten months ago to this. Yes, they expanded the size of the location, so that should help eliminate waiting for a table, but apparently they did nothing to expand their ability to serve all of the newly seated diners. We arrive to enjoy their Friday night fish fry. We were told it would be a thirty minute wait for a table, but the food comes out really fast. Two minutes late, we were asked if we would like a high top table in the bar which we accepted. Ten minutes later, we were asked about beverages and shortly after ordered our food. An hour later, we received our order with nothing more than a 'thanks for being patient'. The fish was good, but had bones and came with very few chips ( yes, the picture is before I ate one bite). If you know your kitchen is backed up, and we weren't the only ones waiting forever for our orders, at the very least, offer a free appetizer, beer, discount, or something! The manager should have been involved as well in making sure people were happy. The feeling I got was, 'we're busy so this is what you get and we really don't care because we know you'll be back in spite of how bad we treated you and if not, they'll always be a line at the door'. Business's that take their customers for granted are doomed to fail. They have a great location, great atmosphere, great food and potential. They even started serving breakfast. I want nothing more to see them succeed, but they are going to have to do a better job of making their customers feel appreciated and when they can't deliver, they should be bending over backwards to do whatever it takes to salvage the customer's experience.

TL;DR - this place is not worth a visit. Very very difficult to find any positives. this is my only 1 star review to date, I am not the type to be set off by little things and leave terrible reviews. bad food bad service. Came in find a redeeming quality somewhere in the restaurant but was sorely disappointed. Every link in the chain was a weak link. Bartender poured about a half glass of the beer I ordered. Some people I came with ordered mcgintys red ale which was not red and virtually flavorless. After 10 minutes the waiter came to the table, noticed we had no menus, then came back a few minutes later with them. It took about another 10 minutes for waters, and members of my party didn't receive water till after appetizers had hit the table. After the first one came out only then did we find out that they were out of the other one. After about 30 minutes, the first of the entrees came out lukewarm. The entrees came out 2 at a time max and between the first and last plate it was about 20 minutes with no apology necessary. I had noticed as I came in that the pizzas looked like they had a lot more cheese on them than I prefer so when I ordered I asked to go easy on the cheese. This was clearly ignored and even looking past the amount of cheese the pizza was bland and uninteresting. The crust was gross and all other flavors were masked by the disproportionate amount of cheese. The fondue was the wrong consistency but was tasty.

Stopped on our way to Snowmass Village for lunch and food was great. My meatloaf sandwich was cooked to perfection and my husband enjoyed his pizza pot pie. Everything was delicious...would definitely go there again. If you get a chance stop by 😀

First we have been there a couple times before. Enjoyed it the other times. This was for the Friday night fish special, we decided if there was a wait we would wait. So we check in being told it could be a thirty minute wait but the food is coming out fast no big deal. We didn't wait even 5 minutes and asked if a tall bar table is fine, yes we're okay with that so we're seated. Place our order shortly after then..... Over an hour later we get our food. The fish was really really good! The Cole slaw was the blandest I have ever had bleh, the Gouda Cheese Soup actually cold ewwww, and an extremely small amount of chips. We didn't complain, they we're busy, but I will add people around us were getting their food much faster, both small parties like us and large parties. We did hear the server at the table down from us compensate his customers for their wait, we had a different server who said sorry it wasn't my fault.... The end. Sorry we won't do that again.
