My purchase history goes back to 14 years ago when I bought a diamond engagement ring from Mike in 2004.  Since then I purchased a diamond pendant, a diamond band, and a new setting of my engagement ring from him.  All my transactions were so smooth, prompt, informative, and professional.  I was truly thankful that I just happened to find him by searching on-line.  Many people find it difficult to order on-line when it comes to such a high priced jewelry, especially diamond products.  All I can say is that my purchased items were very high in quality with very competitive prices.  I do value Mike’s personal input in finding the best products and design.  I highly recommend Mike and his service.  Very best experience, A++ seller with top quality and care!  I will definitely come back again in the future.

Mike gave the most outstanding customer service. I told him exactly what I wanted, gave him our budget and he got right to looking. I felt as if I had my own personal jewelry consultant. He was sincere, honest and always quick to respond. I was a bit hesitant at first to design my engagement ring online, but as the search went on I knew Mike was looking to help build my dream ring. He also has the best prices! I am thankful for his guidance and excellent service. I now have the gorgeous canary diamond I always wanted. I will definitely go to Mike for future jewelry purchases.

I rarely write reviews and only do so when my expectations have been exceeded by a wide margin.   16 years ago I bought my wife's engagement ring from McGivern.   Then 10 years later I bought her a five diamond band as a 10 year anniversary gift.   And just recently, I bought my wife another diamond ring to complement the others.   So I'm a repeat customer over a long time period and have received the same consistent level of outstanding service and value over and over again.   All of my purchases have been done via email and on Mike's website without ever having seen the diamonds before purchase, and I and my wife couldn't be more pleased with the quality recommendations Mike makes when you tell him what you're looking for.  He's a professional that you can trust.  And I have yet to find a better value anywhere.   I will continue to think of McGivern first for future diamond purchases.

I am a repeat customer and can't speak highly enough of the customer service and product quality at McGivern Diamonds.  I very rarely go out of my way to write reviews, but this one is definitely warranted. The first purchase was a ring that Mike designed to replicate my wife's wedding band.  It was a perfect match and we couldn't have been happier. The second purchase was a diamond necklace, which Mike helped me pick out after many back and forth email and photo exchanges.  Unfortunately, my wife did not love the design but Mike made the returns process so smooth at no charge.  We will definitely be back again.
