Recently my wife and I needed help to sell a painting as we prepare to downsize and move. So we contacted McGowan Fine Art in Concord to see if they would be interested in the painting.

Sarah said that it did not fit their needs, but I was amazed at how cordial and helpful she was in pointing us in the right direction. She not only recommended other possible venues for our painting, but walked us through the process, giving her time without asking for any payment. The care and attention given us went well beyond the proverbial "extra mile."  So I highly recommend McGowan to whoever is considering doing business with the gallery and/or Sarah.

In our experience,  customer care is a top priority and working with Sarah was a pleasure.
