Went in looking for a accent chair,  greater by a nice 20 something guy. Told him I'm very picky and didn't need help. I'm 100% capable of picking out things I like. To be nice I told him once I found something I wound come and find him so he got the commission,  and i truly wound have...I started walking and looking and the salesperson he was never more then 3 feet behind me ! It was like a shadow and he didn't say a thing.  A few times I would look back and smile thinking he would get the hint ...nope. after making my way back to the front I walked out the door. Not only did I not find anything the sales guy was weird.

The sales associates were fine, helpful enough. Everything was fairly expensive, but we had no problem getting the furniture ordered. 

We set up delivery for 9/5. They called the previous week to say they hadn't realized that was the day after Labor Day and needed to reschedule. Not a big deal, these things happen. Set up delivery for the following Friday and requested an afternoon time as I wasn't available earlier because of class. They told me that was no problem, called the Thursday before and said the delivery would be between 2:30-4:30p. I agreed as I got out of class at 2:20p giving me just enough time to get to the house on time. Get a call around 1:30p saying the delivery guys would be there in about 15-20 minutes. I had to step out of class to call and say that wouldn't work and I hadn't asked anyone to be available because I thought the delivery would be in the 2 hour window they gave me. She put me on hold about 5 minutes and came back saying if I couldn't be there in now 5-10 minutes, they'd reschedule. I told her I couldn't and she rescheduled and they were unable to give me any sort of time estimate for the following Tuesday. They called Monday to tell me the delivery estimate was 12p-2p. Luckily I made sure I was available for the full day because this time they called at 9:30a saying they'd be there in about 20-30 minutes. A full 2.5 hours early. I had to miss a meeting to be there, however, we got the furniture delivered at least.

Went to buy a mattress, & 2 dressers. Received a flyer with an additional % off. The sales person said to me, "cannot use the coupon for that". And again and again she said that to everything i was looking at. Why send the flyer out if ya cannot use the coupons! I have spent lots of money in that store in the past. Was provided great service. Won't do again! Bought my mattress at mattress firm. Bought my 2 dressers at slumberland. Spent close to 3 grand. She lost out on her commission! Guess that is what she gets, when you call your customers baby & bebe! Unprofessional!

Very disappointed furniture company. The worse I ever seen is the one located in Coralville.  Please be careful ! They seem likely nice when you want to buy but very unprofessional and rude when you have a problem with their furnitures. Their insurance is just a game and very misleading land. if what to replace is a small thing, yes but when you have to replace, you will suffer. I will never buy with them. Secretly I wish them to close and leave the city for serious companies to flow and to grow.
 If it is posiible, I will give them    ZERO STAR.
