This company has don two jobs for me. The first was to install some wire and connect it to a ceiling fan. They did good. 
The next time I called to see if they had anybody close to where I lived to just inspect the house and see if anything serious was done by the lightning storm. They said yeah someone is about to get done and has nothing to do for about 3 hours. I said great. 
My wife was home and she said he checked 2 plugins and flipped a breaker!!!!!!
THEY CHARGED ME ABOUT $100 for that. 

I called and explained I was under the impression if someone was close and actually had nothing to do that they could come and check for no cost. I literally could have done this, but I was worried that something more serious could have been done from the storm that deals with the wires themselves. 

I called management he said he heard the whole story from me talking to their sales girls who didn't tell me there would be a cost and she said I quote, "for any of our guys to come out and do an inspection it's free! But if they use a tool it is ~$100!  

I told the manager what she said and he called me a liar. He told me she didn't and was really short with me. He claimed the service man dropped everything he was doing just for me... I like how he twists things so much to make them sound so good and nice...

You can deal with these people if you want. I guess I was naive in thinking it was a company of people who told the truth and wanted to do right by you.

on time, complete explanation, specific data, no hidden charges

Very personable service. Same thing every year.  I will probably have to put up with this for years to come.  Only complaint is I have yet to meet the "World's Greatest Electrician" oh well.

Jason came out to give a bid on the work requested job.
They were very fair and reasonable.
We ordered the service and they were able to come out the same day.
Jason was fabulous and very courteous. 
To be very honest, the work done was better than I was anticipating.
We will definitely be using McGrew electric again.

We were very pleased from start to finish on our standby generator install from McGrew Service Co. The crew was professional and did an excellent job installing and answering our questions. I would highly recommend McGrew to everyone in the market for a standby generator.
